	Merritt Realty was founded in 2000 with a primary focus on providing superior service and creating solid relationships with institutional and private investors. Specializing primarily in land acquisition, office / industrial leasing and investment sales, Merritt Realty and our team of professionals were able to take a strong hold in a competitive market. With a shift in the real estate market Merritt Realty changed its focus from land, office and industrial to retail. Joining the ICSC organization and creating alliances with locally owned retail developers, offing reasonable landlord representation solutions and developing relationships with national, regional and local retail tenants, Merritt Realty, once again, was able to adapt to an ever changing market and take a strong hold of local retail business. Over the years Merritt Realty has shifted its primary business to adapt to ever changing markets; however, Merritt Realty’s fundamentals of providing superior service and creating solid relationships with our clients will continue to remain our primary focus.
