Specializing primarily in land acquisition, office and industrial leasing, and investment sales, Merritt Realty and our team of professionals were able to take a strong hold in a competitive market.

With a shift in the real estate market Merritt Realty added a retail division, joined the ICSC organization, and began creating alliances with locally owned retail developers, offering reasonable landlord representation solutions and developing relationships with national, regional, and local retail tenants. Merritt Realty, once again, was able to adapt to an ever changing market and take a strong hold of local retail business.
